Simple Work Manager

What

A simple work manager can help you to organise your project work on a day-to-day basis. Easy, straightforward, task-based and completion-focused.

Why

There are tons of tools & templates to manage your day-to-day work, but the most essential is to have something you can use instantly, without any steep learning curve. And yes, there is Linear, Jira or other conglomerate.

How to make a template your own

1. Go to the top right corner of the notion page
2. Click 'duplicate'
3. Create a Notion account (Yes, sorry, it's annoying, but Notion is not only good with this template, promise!)
4. Add your Notion to your workspace
5. Start using your template with 'How to use it'

How to use it

1. Create a new project by adding a clicking ‘add group’ at the bottom of the page.
   OR use one of the predefined groups and edit the name
2. Add your tasks by clicking ‘new’. This will generate a new task named ‘💼 <add short task descripton>’.
3. Enter short description of the task.
4. If task is changing status, change to ‘in progress’ or ‘done. If it’s done, check the checkbox and continue to next task!

5. Automatically it will check the progress of each project with a percentage progress indicator.
